    Download the full position descriptionThe Media and Communications Manager is responsible for managing the NSW Waratahs/New South Wales Rugby Union (NSWRU) media and communications strategies to increase the profile of the NSW Waratahs/NSWRU and to drive fan and participant engagement. This role will report to General Manager, Marketing and Communications. The Media and Communications Manager will oversee the delivery of the brand and PR campaigns within NSW and act as a media spokesperson for the organisation. Apply to reception@nswrugby.com.au with your Cover Letter and CV.         Nerang bulls rugby union - head coach 2017 


        Application are now open for Nerang Bulls Rugby Union Club Head Coach for the 2017 season. The Nerang Bulls is a small but enthusiastic club with a proud history of high achievement in the Gold Coast rugby competition. The club is located at Carrara on the Gold Coast and is only about 15 minutes to the beaches of Surfers Paradise. The club is now seeking an individual who is passionate about his/her rugby and has the drive to meet the challenge of improving our senior teams to once again be a competitive force on the Gold Coast.

        The following criteria have been determined as key indicators in selecting the successful candidates:

        • Level 1 coaching certificate
        • Current Rugby Smart accreditation
        • Creating a Positive team and club culture
        • Focus on player development/welfare on and off the field
        • Conducting planned and structured coaching sessions
        • Good communication skills with players and other stakeholders
        • Development of a pre-season player fitness programme
        • Ability to work with the other team’s coaching staff for the overall benefit of both teams
