Waratahs Rugby documentary nominated for top award

The HSBC Waratahs and Fox Sports 2011 documentary The Code – Life with the Waratahs has been nominated for Best Sports Program at this year’s Astra Awards.
The Code faces stiff opposition from within rugby, with Fox Sports’ coverage of the Rugby World Cup 2011 also nominated, as well as other sports including the T20 Big Bash league.
The winner will be announced at tomorrow (Thursday) evening’s ceremony, which takes place at the Sydney Theatre.
